Recombinant MERS-CoV Spike is a protein consisting of amino acid residues [Tyr 18-Glu725] ,due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 117 kDa protein on SDS-PAGE.

Biological Activity
The activity was determined by its ability to bind Human CD26 in functional ELISA assay with a linear range of 0.2-0.5ug/ml.
Endotoxin
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).

Reconstitution
