DNA sequence encoding Human ULBP-2 including a C-His-Avi tag was expressed in HEK293 Cells.
The recombinant protein was then biotinylated site specific using the AVItag biotinylation technology.

Recombinant Human ULBP-2 is a protein consisting of amino acid residues [Gly26-Ser217] ,The protein has a predicted MW of 24.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result..

Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).
Recombinant Human ULBP-2 was lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered PBS solution pH7.4
Centrifuge vial to ensure maximal product extraction, recommended:20sec, 5K RPM
The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20° C.
