Biological Activity
The activity was tested by the ability of immobilized recombinant Human PD-1 to bind recombinant human PD-L1 within a linear range of 0.1-5.0 ng/ml in ELISA.

Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).
Presentation
Recombinant Human PD-1 is lyophilized from 0.2 μm filtered PBS solution, pH7.2 , 5% Trehalose.
Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in sterile PBS pH 7.4 to a concentration not less than 0.2 mg/mL. Solubilize for 1hr at room temp with gentle mixing.
Storage
Recombinant PD-1 can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20°C to-70°Cfor twelve months.It is recommended to add 0.1% HSA or BSA for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Functional ELISA
- 96-well maxisorp plates were coated at 1ug/well recombinant human PD-L1
- Then, the protein standard was added, and plates were incubated for 2 hrs at 37°C.
- Absorbance was measured at 450-615 nm using an automated plate reader.
