Recombinant Human Natural Killer Cell Receptor (NCR2) is a protein consisting of 176 amino acid residue subunits,due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately as 35kDa band protein on reduced SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin:
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method.

Presentation:
Recombinant human NKp44 is lyophilized  from 0.2 μm filtered PBS solution,  pH7.2 ,  5% Trehalose.

              
Reconstitution:
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers.

 
Storage:
Recombinant Human NKp44 can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months.

Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

NKp44

The natural cytotoxicity receptors are a unique set of activating proteins expressed mainly on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells. The human natural cytotoxicity receptor family comprises the three type I membrane proteins NKp30, NKp44, and NKp46. NKp44 is expressed only on activated NK cells and was reported to be involved in triggering NK cells’ cytolytic activity against both tumor and virus-infected cells
